Natasha Henstridge (born August 15, 1974) is a Canadian fashion model turned actress who has starred in several movies, including Species and Species II.

At the age of 13, Natasha entered in the Casablanca Modeling Agency's worldwide "Look of the Year" contest and prized as a first runner-up. While at age leaved her home and moved to Paris to pursue career in modeling. At the very young age of 15 years, Natasha was appeared on the cover of the French edition of "Cosmopolitan". Since then appeared on covers of many international fashion magazines.

When she was 21, landed her first role in a Sci-Fi thriller film "Species" for MGM. It was her debut film and was a box office hit. Henstridge was also landed a role in its sequel "Species II". But it was not make a success like its original. Since then appeared in many TV shows and in movies including "Maximum Risk", "Adrenalin: Fear the Rush", "Standoff", "Kill You Twice", "Caracara", "Dog Park", "Bela Donna", "The Whole Nine Yards", its sequel and many more.

In her early career, Natasha also worked in television commercials for products such as Lady Stetson, Oil of Olay and Old Spice. Natasha is now spending her time with her fiancé and two sons in L.A.'s Hollywood Hills. Henstridge's next projects include a ABC show "Commander in Chief", playing as a Jayne Murray, the show was running from 2005. While her next movie include "Rick Hansen: Heart of a Dragon" which will due out in 2007.
