Andres Arturo Garcia y Menéndez was born in 1956 in Cuba. Due to the Bay of Pigs invasion Garcia’s family shifted to Florida. Garcia started his acting career in the early 80s and his performance attracted many directors including Brain De Palma who engaged him to do the role of George Stone in the 1986 film ‘The Untouchables’.
